If, despite all of the care that we took in the design and manufacture of your device, a failure or malfunction occurs during the warranty period, BABYLISS SARL undertakes via your reseller to replace your product as soon as possible, if the failure is proven.
In case of problems arising during use, we recommend that you first to consult the operating instructions and check that your product is properly plugged in, charged if necessary (if rechargeable products).

Information required to raise a warranty claim (date of purchase, details of where the product was purchased, product Name / Model Number, confirmation of purchase receipt, details of the problem with your product).
